Bridger Ski Foundation’s Mental Health Initiative is hosting a special parent information session, by popular demand. On Tuesday, February 4, 2025, parents are invited to join a virtual session: Social Media & Technology Use in Developing Brains.
Two digital health experts, Scott Kollins and Jessica Flannery, will discuss the good, the bad, the ugly, and the unknowns of tech and social media use in kids (including what we know about impacts on brain development). They’ll cover healthy ways families can start and sustain conversations over appropriate tech/social media use. Plus, you'll learn about tools that can help manage tech and social media use and ways families can get involved with research to further understand how tech/social media use is impacting mental well being in kids.
